GMM Quick-Hit-a-Thon #7

I'm up to the lucky number 7 in my  Stone Skin Press Gods, Memes and Monsters anthology "Quick-Hit-a-Thon." My seventh post is about the "Bonnacon" by speculative fiction writer Steve Berman, who lives in New Jersey, which he notes is "the only part of  the United States that has an official devil." The Bonnacon is a mythological cow creature that has been around for a long time, and it makes powerful use of its fiery dung. Berman's entry begins with "Beef created Chicago."
